Last week I featured some exterior renovations by Terra Cotta Properties of Decatur, Georgia.  Today I'm proud to post a few of their amazing interior projects.

                      Before:

Honestly, I'm thinking this attic bathroom really
doesn't need a re-do.  It looks fine the way it is.

                       After:

Wow.  As nice as the bathroom was, this is definitely a refreshing update.

For the amount of time we spend in our bathrooms, you'd think we'd make it
a top priority when it comes to renovations.  These homeowners did just that:

From pokey to palacial!

It's easy to feel a little jaded when viewing 'before' pictures.  Do photographers intentionally try to make the subject look as bleak as possible?  The 'before' shot
of this kitchen rehab couldn't have gotten much bleaker:

Completely gutting a room and starting over from scratch is often the
most efficient method of renovating.  Stunning!

In this family room the Terra Cotta Properties team kept the beautiful oriental
rug and recovered the sofa.  Light colors and contemporary fabrics transformed
this room into a charming and inviting retreat.

You're thinking, "This can't be the same fireplace."

It is.  Frank Lloyd Wright meets the 21st Century.  Amazing, isn't it?

Thanks for spending a little time with me today.  Have a great Wednesday!

  2. All such gorgeous make-overs, but I particularly like the family room. The changes aren't that dramatic, and yet they make a very big difference.
